Solutions

Three practices. One commercial proposition.

We help established and growing omnichannel retailers improve performance through commercial insight, integrated systems and managed execution.

01

Commerce Technology & Integration

Reliable, connected, scalable commerce systems.

We design, build and connect the platforms a retailer trades on, so stock, orders, prices and customers agree everywhere. Every build is scoped against a business case, with clear system ownership and acceptance tests.

Shopify Builds & Customisation

New stores, theme rebuilds and custom changes to the systems you already run: Shopify apps, checkout, POS, EPOS and back-office tools, adapted to how you trade.

What this covers
  • New Shopify and Shopify Plus store builds
  • Theme rebuilds on Online Store 2.0 with editable sections
  • Multi-store and international setups: markets, currencies, geolocation
  • Migrations from other platforms, including redirects and data
  • Search, filtering and editorial product pages
  • Customisations to existing systems: apps, checkout, POS, EPOS and back-office tools

  • Repricing rules for Amazon and eBay
  • Cross-border pricing, duties and returns policies
  • Channel-specific content and attribute mapping

Commercial Strategy & Growth

Better decisions and profitable growth.

What this covers
  • Business and operations review with clear priorities
  • Brand positioning and brand-building plan
  • Marketing strategy across paid, organic, email and marketplaces
  • Sales growth plans by channel and country
  • Ongoing advisory at board or leadership level

AI returns grading · In live use

Returns graded from the customer's photos, before anything is posted back.

Our AI returns technology is in live production use. It reviews each proposed return from images the customer supplies, grades the item and decides where it should go, so the right outcome is set at the start rather than after the parcel arrives.

01

Customer submits

The customer starts a return and uploads photos of the item, with the reason for returning it.

02AI

Item graded

AI image analysis assesses condition and visible faults, and grades the return.

03AI

Route decided

From the grade, it sets the route: back to stock, to refurbishment or clearance, or to the supplier as faulty.

04

Resolved

The customer gets a faster answer, and the team handles only the cases that need a person.

What the technology does

It replaces the manual first look at every return. Instead of a customer service agent reading the request, asking for photos and deciding what happens next, the system grades the item from the customer's images and routes it automatically.

Which parts use AI

  • Image grading: assessing the item's condition and spotting visible faults from customer photos
  • Routing: recommending where each return should go based on its grade and reason

Refund policy, grading criteria and routing rules are set by the retailer, not by the AI.

How decisions are checked

  • Grading and routing rules agreed with each retailer before go-live
  • Unclear or borderline cases passed to a person to decide
  • Every grade stored with the customer's images as an audit trail, which also supports supplier claims
  • Decisions reviewed against outcomes so grading stays accurate

Results in live use

  • Fewer people per returnAutomated grading reduces the number of customer service staff needed to handle returns.
  • Faster customer resolutionCustomers get an outcome sooner because the first assessment happens immediately, from their photos.
  • Faulty goods back to suppliers soonerFaults are identified and evidenced at the start, speeding up returns to suppliers.
  • Stock back on sale soonerItems graded as resaleable are routed straight back to stock.
